INGREDIENTS (MAWARID): 100% Rose Water
INGREDIENTS (MAZAHER): 100% Orange Blossom Water
WHY WE LOVE IT: We find both these nectars necessary for a multitude of uses in our hosting space. In baklava, namoura, rice pudding (gatnabour), and ashta. Our personal favorite: “white coffee” served combining hot water and orange blossom.
BRAND’S STORY:
Levanthym Rose Water (Mawarid) and Orange Blossom Water (Mazaher) are both rooted in a long Lebanese tradition of spring distillation. We source fresh Damask rose petals and bitter orange blossoms from small growers in Lebanon, harvested at dawn during the short blooming season so the aromatics are at their peak. Flowers are steam-distilled the same day in copper stills. What you get is the pure hydrosol (the aromatic water from distillation)—no alcohol, no added sugar, no flavorings, no preservatives.
